    **Learn a simple framework to develop your social change model within.

    **Integrate simple, effective metrics into your model for confident presentation to funders and stakeholders.

  • Building Foundations to Maximize Social Impact

    This cohort-style program consists of 3 workshop sessions and individualized consultation building your social impact model and its initial evaluation systems. You will leave this program with a fully developed social impact model ready for impact evaluation that can be plugged into grants as well as impact and compliance reporting.

    This program includes:

    **3 hands-on workshops designed for immediate implementation in your organization, translating to the potential for quicker results for yo

    -Session 1 (4 hours): Setting the stage, preparing to build a social impact model from what you have.

    -Session 2 (4 hours): Building a clear model that is based in prior evidence and testable in your market.

    -Session 3 (5 hours): Designing impact evaluation suitable for your venture.

    **10 hours of individualized consulting on your social impact project with Dr. Laursen:

    **Small cohort style workshops allows me to tailor content to each of the organizations present. It also provides opportunities to build relationships among fellow social innovators and potential collaborators as we dive into building your ideas - together!

    **Ease of continued impact measurement after program ends.
